They offered me a premium for an specific price and they charged me more, I emailed them to cancel and got no response, is being days and no one has spoken to me about it, but they sure took my money. I would have read the reviews before I went on business with this company. God only knows what’s going to happen to the money they took from me, Im making a complaint in my bank also so they don’t keep charging me for what Im being trying to cancel since day one.

National life is a scam. My agente Geraldo Staziaki. Oversold me an IUL Policy he had me open up an account. With the amount of $325,00 he told me that. I was going to get 9% rate that never happened. They get hold to my bank account and from May of 2025_ May of 2026 National life withdrawals $47,00 and I find out that was a scam then I closed the account with them and that is the and of the story I lost all that money. So do not thrust them they over sale you and they system is very complex. It's made to deceive the investors

Due to a very poor interest rate, I decided to transfer my money out. Took days before I got a emailed confirmation of my transfer request. I was told via phone it would take 20-30 BUSINESS days to receive my money (have it put into a bank account). Then nothing. Ridiculous. At one point, I called them and the promise was the same: 20-30 business days. They sent me a questionnaire about the call. I responded and told them I will be posting negative reviews on social media if they don’t get this money to me right away. A couple of days later, I received an email saying the transfer was complete. It also said the bank may not show my $ for 2-4 business days. My bank has not seen anything for 7 days and yet I now have a zero balance at National Life Group. Where the heck is my money!!!!!!! You’d better believe I’ve posted on social media. Next I will be contacting the Attorney General, the Federal Trade Commission, the state licensing board in Vermont, and filing a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

they don't want to give back the money , took me twice to do the loan for my 3 acct , they said 5-7 days, after 8 days, got no email, no response , called and talk to the custommer service , all they said in proccess , wait for 24-72 hours, atfer that still nothing . 2 months no information , nobody give me any reason what happen ? all they said sorry in proccess.

National Life is a total rip-off—do not use this insurance! My husband and I took out a policy and ended up losing $12,000. I underwent back surgery and was completely incapacitated for four months; when I filed a claim, they told me I wasn't eligible for coverage. Yet, when I originally signed up, an agent assured me that I would be covered in the event of any serious health issue—and in my case, it was indeed very serious; my husband had to care for me full-time for four months. You only qualify to receive anything if you are bedridden and unable to lift a finger. I basically threw $12,000 down the drain. So, if you want to toss your money in the trash, go ahead and sign up with National Life.

This company rates less than 1 star. I have been sending money for years yet my policy has a net worth $12000 less than the money submitted. I finally had enough, cancelled the policy and requested the balance. I submitted the form and was told it would take 10 business days. Ten business days later I called to be told, I submitted the wrong form and after the completion of the new form it would take 30 to 35 business days for processing. Do NOT use their services, unless you have a deep desire to throw away your money.

Juan Franco will tell you it only takes 5 years to see a return and all the wonderful things about this insurance. It is a total lie. After five years, you will se no such thing and he will tell you it will take 10 years. Stay away from these people. Invest your money with people you actually know that care about you. This guy is just looking for a paycheck.
