Good quality, very fast delivery considering it's made from Israel.

Item was better than expected. The shipping was quick and the item looks awesome. Better than anything I could ask for. Thanks. Would definately buy something from them again

Was exactly what i ordered and the price can not be beat !! i was presently surprised how well the whole package turned out with the ring and the certification .. the shipping was fast , did have a issue with customs on the way to my home but that had nothing to do with Natalie diamonds ..My recommendation is very high and 5 stars ..

Customer service was the best part of ordering.

Very pleased with my purchase from Natalie's. Experience was amazing and Daniel was very helpful the whole time. Thank you

Was a bit sceptical at first being an internet order and shipped in from outside the uk however am so happy with the resulting ring , exactly what i needed made to order very helpful customer service and a ring worth twice the price paid over here

I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Natalie Diamonds. After much research, I came to the conclusion that Natalie Diamonds was an "above board" and honest company to do business with. I ordered an expensive 1.25 carat, princess cut diamond set in an 18k gold wide ring. I received exactly what I ordered and was extremely pleased with the quality of the stone and the setting. They also did a very nice box presentation and included the certification of the diamond and an appraisal as advertised. Their price was better than diamonds and settings of equal parameters than I could find anywhere else. Everything was handled in a timely manner and their customer service was top shelf. Telephone inquires with my questions were professionally answered and shipping by FedEx was also prompt and secure. I would not hesitate to do business with Natalie Diamonds in the future.

When, a bit more than thirty years ago, I asked my future wife if she would marry me, I did not have the necessary funds to purchase an engagement ring. But now, on our thirtieth anniversary, I wanted to correct that omission. I have purchased this ring to give to her on our anniversary date. The customer rep with whom I dealt at Natalie Diamonds was excellent, and I cannot thank him enough. The ring itself is simply exquisite…! I am so very happy to have found Natalie Diamonds.
