Absolutely gorgeous diamond
I will have to take my hat off and say that the ring was absolutely gorgeous the diamond quality was exactly what I ordered. I was extremely skeptical about ordering anything online without seeing it but after Seeing the ring I’m glad with the decision I made. Thank you, John

Diamond is FAKE
Diamond is FAKE. It's a man mad moissanite stone. Had the ring valued here in the UK. The weight, clarity, inclusions & colour were completely different to what the certificate stated. Having tests carried out here proved it could not Be a diamond. If you think you are getting value for money you are not. The stone looks exactly like the real thing and don't get me wrong it was real pretty but was totally worthless. I paid £2500 and when valued it was only worth £600. Contacted trust pilot direct to complain and heard nothing back.

This is a FALSE review. Engagement Ring was returned to us and tested. It's a genuine Earth Created Natural Diamond. Amount of the purchase was fully refunded even before we received the ring back. Furthermore we refunded Import Taxes paid by the customer. Thing that is absolutely not our obligation. Defamation and hurting our reputation has consequences. We will soon take legal action and this person will be held responsible for the monetary damage caused.

Superseded expectations.
A little concerned at the lack of initial response with any form of receipt or communication directly after purchasing. However, once we emailed them and received a reply, we felt more comfortable. The ring arrived in Australia within 14 days and was able to be tracked via FedEx the whole way. Please be aware that there are additional import/duty fees into AU dependant on the value of your ring. The ring received is stunning, exactly what we were after and was a fair and reasonable price even including the additional fees. We had the ring resized at our local jeweller who had nothing negative to say. Give it a few months and we’ll be back for our wedding band! Thank you Natalie Diamonds!

Was a little worried about buying a ring online but had a fantastic experience,easy to buy,great to track and above all else we are really pleased with the ring. Would highly recommend.
