Great quality and customer service!

My fiancée LOVES her ring. I loved being able to carefully set the parameters for my diamond allowing me to get exactly what I wanted while staying in my budget. It did take longer to receive my ring than anticipated so maybe just plan a little ahead when ordering. All in all I’m very satisfied.

Very friendly staff to work with. Ring is gorgeous and she absolutely loved it.

The whole Fedex tracking from Isreal creates a little anxiety but it actually works really well while the ring, the transaction and the price were top notch. My fiance and all her friends are in awe and jealous. I will buy from them again. Jack Louisville, Kentucky

Top quality service from start to finish. The ring was even more beautiful than I expected. Build the ring just as you want it, great prices and the ring appraised for 1500 more than we paid for it. I was apprehensive about making such a high dollar purchase on line but it couldn’t have turned out better. The ring does come from out of the country though so make sure your physical address is registered with Fedex or it will get hung up in customs. I would definitely recommend Natalie Diamonds !!!

The ring is absolutely beautiful and is of great quality. It was definitely worth the wait. We had a little hiccup with fedex but the Natalie Diamond Team quickly resolved.

Hi, firstly I’d like to say that the website grabbed my attention and stood out form the rest and that the rings on offer were stunning. I placed the order and the ring came about 2 weeks later, I live in the uk. On opening the box I was pleasantly surprised with little light, this was a nice touch. When looking at the ring I noticed a very small imperfection on the internal band, a little black mark, I was instantly disappointed And gutted as you do not expect to see this. When I contact the company I was instantly messaged back and I was told that they acknowledged the mark and would rectify this at no extra cost, I was disappointed that there was no apology on the message for the inconvenience caused. The option I was given was to return the ring via fed ex, I live in a small town and lockdown was in place, I found it difficult to return the ring. It also didn’t help that I was planning on proposing in 3 weeks time and I was nervous that it would not be back in time, to that end I still have the ring with an imperfection remaining. Having paid well over £1000 for the ring I find this hugely disappointing. I’m hoping this was a 1 off occurrence. Regards Gareth

I couldn’t have chosen a better jeweler for this occasion, she loved it!! The BOX!! Was the icing on the cake to show off that bling, worth every penny will be back for the upgrade!
