Very pleasant experience- team helped me find the emblem to my car - it was in metal which is different than most sites. Product had a manufacturing defect of which company quickly solved by sending me a replacement - top notch - trustworthy outlet for great priced automotive items

Product issue immediately taken care of
The product arrived and it had an imperfection. It can happen. I messaged them right away and they replied back very quickly. Said they would get a new part in the mail. It arrived quickly and everything was good. Great customer service!

From the online detailed information, the ordering process, Roman and Semyon took a personal interest in making sure that the product I received was right and everything in between...well, I was extremely satisfied with the outcome. As aforementioned, I received the product that I expected yesterday (4/19/26). It was nicely packaged and the delivery was was very timely.
