I engaged Ramin N. for branding services on 20 May and paid a lot of money for me. I chose a concept early on, but from that point, the project faced ongoing issues: Repeated delays: Communication gaps ranged from 14 to 47 days, often with no updates. Ignored requests: Multiple requests to adjust colours, remove the word “Limited,” and propose brighter, more suitable colour options were not addressed. Incomplete deliverables: After nearly a year, I received only logo images without the agreed colour palette, font details, font files, or brand guidelines. File usability: The files provided are not usable for me. I explained from the start (in my first email) that I do not have Adobe/Illustrator, and I cannot open or access the information within the files you sent. No response: Recent emails requesting completion have been ignored entirely, leaving the project unresolved. Ramin, please respond and send the full brand deliverables, including the colour palette (with codes) and font names/files, in a format I can actually access and use. The contract states unlimited revisions, but this has not been reflected in practice due to prolonged delays and lack of completion. I am sharing this factually so others can make an informed decision. I would advise anyone considering working with Ramin to ensure timelines, communication expectations, file formats, and deliverables are clearly agreed in writing. -

WARNING!! This designer’s portfolio mischaracterises his abilities. Everything about this experience was disappointing. The designs were ordinary at best - some appeared to be AI generated. The communication was terrible, with days going by without a response to emails, and he outright refused to have phone or zoom meetings. He copied and pasted from templates and didn't bother changing the text. We have had to employ another designer to fix and finish what he started.

I did not get the design till now. Its been more than 9 months. He kept delaying deadline until I fed up with his promises. He blocked me from Instagram when I tried to talk to him. I spend 800 EUR money so please this is a lesson learned. Do not waste your money with fraud designers online.

I am not sure how to file a complaint about this designer, he took away the money, didn't provide anything and not replying to my emails. I would like to him to send me my $2500 refund. I am updating this review on June 16th 2026. I still have not received any refund. This designer has changed his trust pilot name to MIKE SHEPARD to hide these reviews but his name is RAMIN NASIBOV. Stop flagging my review Ramin, I have email trail of your incomplete work and still no refund.

Avoid this guy!! My guess is this « designer » accepts every work to get cash and can not work properly for every customer. If you are not lucky like me, he will always late on deadline (I gave up after 3 months.), each step, he says he needs a week more. He did not read the brief at all. He doesn't care of what you want. Then he says he worked on many concepts so he stops working. But each time, he draw something off topic or offered a concept looking like something from a free icon bank.. Edit: Haha, he reports every negative comment if you call him by his name but let positive ones with his fullname. What a stupid attempt to avoid bad review! He would rather work hard and communicate with his customers.

After being very responsive, and agreeing quickly to the terms of the job, he asked for the full payment in advance. And you don't hesitate because you trust blindly in his social networks, which shows a very talented person. Well, he is a fraud, unfortunately. Hopefully, people can find this page before trusting with a payment. After the payment, no communication at all, and after insisting a lot through all means possible, he replies saying sorry and promising a date, but he never delivers, ever. Consider writing here a review after your experience, because, as if it was not bad enough, he buys positive reviews to cover the bad ones. Also, report his user from all his social networks telling your story, sharing this website. I got him out of Dribbble already. Let's put this scammer out of business.

This graphic designer will ask for your his payment upfront and will do the following: - ignore your emails - bend deadlines by at least one week on each submission phase - give you very minimal work after you send few emails asking for updates I gave him 2 weeks deadline and after 3 months of stalling and doing no effort at all I ended up with an insulting work that is no better than any free online template. I ditched all his work and did the branding myself because that's how good it was. before you hire him read more online about him. I lost faith in graphic designers after working with him.

I paid upfront for website branding, clear marketing research and ideas were sent , after waiting 1 month l sent a forceful email about legal action, of course then he told me his account had been hacked. Another month later , still no results, he produced a rather weak logo. l am still waiting for the rest of the work for website branding, 4 months later.To be honest l have given up. Unacceptable response times and poor product. Stay well clear of him.
