Our tour was interrupted by a “late arrival” of our group (our guide quickly checked them in without any problems.) But the new additions to our group started talking about the rest of our group that had been waiting for an hour. Our guide told them there weren’t anymore bookings for our time slot. As we made our way past the other group he stopped to ask about their tour and even offered to let them join us if they wanted. ( she was on the phone trying to get the 8 people refunded from some other tour company. ) They declined to join us but that was excellent customer service on the part of our guide!!! Highly recommend this tour company.

Great tour! It was fun! Learned a lot about the history of Nashville. The tour guide was great. We could all hear him thanks to his microphone. It was a perfect amount of time. Highly recommend!!!
