Hello, thank you very much for your feedback. We have prepared and shipped the order on time, but unfortunately the package has been delayed on the way to Chile, which happens sometimes with international shipments during COVID-19 and is out of our control. We are very sorry for the inconvenience, the order has been refunded despite of the package being on the way.
