First time customer. Felt ok ordering as on several sections of their website they state 30-day returns. Ordered a dress according to their size chart, it was too large. I asked them to stop wasting my time, and give me the refund details. They replied with an offer to refund me a 20% refund and keep the product, or I can return the dress to China. paying for the shipping, and if the dress gets lost between here and China, I would not get a refund.
