This company does everything to make you believe it is a US based company and is deceptive on their return policy. When you request a return they will send multiple offers that do not provide a full refund, and if you insist on your full refund you have to pay return shipping to China.

I ordered 4 items from the site and each were made with extremely poor quality and see through making them unwearable. One of the items I received wasn’t even the same dress that was shown on the website. For the prices shown, I expected significantly better quality than what I received. The yellow dress I ordered came see through and made with the material of a cheap tablecloth. While it claims the store is “founded in the US,” everything was shipped from China and reeked of chemicals. I contacted the company to ask for return instructions and they sent me multiple emails trying to offer a partial refund and store credit and to keep the items instead of providing information on how to return the items for a full refund. I’ve purchased costumes from cheap Halloween stores that are made better than this.

1 star is too high! Do not buy anything from this place. Terrible quality, slow shipping and offers 20% refund on returned item. RUN THE OTHER WAY!

I ordered a dress from this company after seeing photos on the website that made the item appear high quality. Unfortunately, when the dress arrived, the quality was extremely poor and it looked nothing like the product pictured online. I felt comfortable making the purchase because the website clearly advertised a “30-day money-back guarantee” for returns. However, when I contacted customer service to initiate a return, they repeatedly avoided honoring their own stated policy. Instead of processing the return, they continued offering alternatives such as partial refunds, store credit, or keeping a percentage of my payment, anything except providing the full refund that was promised on their website. Because they refused to honor their return policy, I ultimately had to dispute the charge through my credit card company. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, and I would not do business with this company again.

Horrible experince, it is a scam definitely not a business in Naples Florida. Do yourself a favor do not buy from this website. The pictures look so different than the actual items… they do not refund…

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Complete scam. They advertise as though they are based in Florida. All shipments are from China which is not disclosed on their website. I brought 2 jumpsuits, same sizes, and they have almost 9 inches difference in inseam. I also went through the return process where they yanked me around offering 120% store credit, 10% refund and 50% off another item, and finally gave me the shipping instructions to China which would cost $30. There is no way to verify the reviews on their website or to leave a review. Also, the jumpsuit I did keep I found on Amazon a week later for HALF the price. It’s basic cotton and they’re charging $60 as a “discount” when it’s $30 on Amazon. I’ll be reporting them to the FTC and FL attorney general for false advertising.

First, I rarely take the time to write a review unless I believe I could greatly help someone else make a fully informed decision, or I simply need to rave about an outstanding product or experience. This writing is meant to potentially help someone. I highly recommend avoiding this solely online company. The quality of the dress I received is shockingly poor considering how it was originally priced and shown on the website. The seams are not aligned, and the slip inside (on this long dress) comes to way above my knees. Moreover, the halter area is askew with the fabric not laying correctly. The website touts a full refund within 30 days. This claim in not true at all. I have already stopped replying to the ridiculous emails offering store credit and eventually a suggestion to send the dress back to a specific individual in China with no guarantee of a refund. The return would be at my expense. Yes, I should have read these online reviews first, although I see quite a few positive reviews mixed into the SCAM warnings. That said. I would have heeded the warnings. I now believe the positive reviews are done by paid "actors." I should have also noted there is no phone number to call, and the website has fine print about "fraud" claims. Clearly, they are trying to protect themselves from irate customers. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM OPERATION. STAY AWAY.

Terrible experience with Naples Boutique. Their website advertises a “money-back guarantee,” yet when I tried to return an item within their stated policy, they refused to clearly confirm I would receive a full refund and instead kept pushing partial refund offers. Extremely misleading and dishonest business practices. I would not recommend ordering from this company.
