I've been a member of the NamePros community for over 18 years. As such, I have gained a wealth of knowledge about domain purchasing and selling. A friendly gathering of like-minded domainers who are willing to help you down the right path to success. NamePros deserves the five-star rating I have given them.

if it wasn't for NamePros, I wouldn't have learned about the domain aftermarket and been able to make my first sale. Highly recommended for anyone new to the domain name space!

It's a solid domain community. As with all forums there are some wackadoodles. But once you ignore them - you're left with kind people who help you learn. It's worthwhile to join and participate if you're a domainer. Plus they offer free landers for your domains.

I signed up for a basic account and upgrade it to the first payment level. I posted some helpful advice from my experience of domain management over 40 years. Somebody supposedly took objection and claimed the TOs violation, even though there is no clear correlation. The support center send me an email, saying that I need to set up a new account to complain about the old account being closed. Which clown is running the circus?

We apologize for your negative experience in our community. We strive to do much better than this. You've expressed a fair point about our support process: it can be cumbersome. Unfortunately, we had to switch to a forum-only support process years ago due to a lot of email spam and abuse. Email is an unauthenticated communication channel, so now we require that an authentic NamePros account be used to contact us for most forms of support. This helps us protect our members and their accounts from security threats, including unauthorized changes to their accounts. Please send us an email again, and we'll try to help as much as we can through email, but please note that we won't be able to discuss account-specific matters through email.

I found their website to be a little complex in navigation, but the members and moderators were very helpful. It's been a great learning experience so far and I'm looking forward learning a lot more.

They helped me learn how to resell domain names!
