Why N.
Namepros was great
Namepros was great. Not anymore. You can't do free discussion. If you tell the truth to protect domain investors from systematic scam, they will threaten and then ban you. So simple. "Bad money drives out good money", probably this is the sentence which would summarize the situation. Let me give an example. Company-X, used mostly by domain investors, does something obviously evil to scam domain investors via a social engineering trick. You report it on Namepros, and you are supposed to get likes and thanks from everyone, but this doesn't happen. Company-X makes a nonsense defense and can't answer any question, which is a solid proof that they are guilty and they know it. Company-X also advertises on Namepros, and report those democratic posts to mods, probably threatens Namepros for not advertising there anymore. And Namepros chooses the easy route and silence you. Main crime is done by Company-X, but it could easily be stopped if Namepros acted reasonably, because there are enough number of smart people in domain business, but if you look at Namepros, you will see mostly low iq posts, which survive silencing. UPDATE: I didn't mean Namecheap by Company-X. Company-X is much better, but have a new (1+year old) unacceptable change in their system which had to be reported. I'm more angry at Namepros users than Namepros itself, their failure to support my warning caused all this, but who knows, maybe there were supporters and all were silenced.

Hello, there's only one thread that matches your template (ID 1371708), and it was closed based on member reports and community consensus. The reason your peers felt it should be closed is because the thread creator refused to answer follow-up questions, provide evidence, or substantiate their claims in any way. The community decided that the cause was a coincidence or website bug, and therefore, the thread was created based on conjecture, speculation, or as part of an attack campaign against Company-X for undisclosed reasons. Please note that none of this is related to NamePros: NamePros is not part of Company-X. NamePros did not warn or ban any accounts because of that discussion. The thread creator made a throwaway account on NamePros to post it, which is why their account looks unusual, but their account (ID 1090916) is still open and unrestricted if they choose to use it. We hope this context helps.
