Namecrane is just incredible. I have been using these guys for years. I've even been around when it was FranTech! They have just been absolutely brilliant and never let me down. They always respond to tickets within the hour, fix things extremely quickly. I have relied on Namecrane for years because the service is incredible. They have never had any downtime that has affected my business. I run most of my business using them, they have never once let me down. They go so much further than any other host ever would. They dig into your issues to ensure that it is fixed and there is never an issue. I highly recommend Namecrane, they provide an incredible service, and a cheap price.

NameCrane has very fast servers and has great prices. The support I received from NameCrane today was nothing short of excellent. One of my clients on my Reseller account, had issues on their website, and NameCrane helped me get through it all, answering every single question I had.

The price is very good considering the value Fran offers. I've been using a managed email service (CraneMail) since June 2025. So far, I'm satisfied with the service. I find the service very comprehensive, perfect for business (although I don't run a business, just for personal email). The features provided are very rich. SpamExperts anti-spam is free. However, Fran recently created an in-house anti-spam program, and so far, I'm satisfied with it. However, there are still a few things that I consider minor cosmetic improvements. I hope to be able to log in with passkeys in the future :D Update: passkeys login already supported on 10/05/2026 And of course, if something breaks, I'll just blame Fran.
