The setup for the service was super simple and the customer support were super helpful when I ran into any issues and answered my questions very promptly. I highly recommend them. Keep going strong Namecrane!!

I've been using NameCrane for a few months now, and my experience has been nothing short of excellent. Their shared hosting setup is backed by solid hardware, ensuring smooth performance for my websites. What stands out the most is their instant and reliable support, which has been top-notch every time I've needed assistance. On top of that, their pricing is reasonable, making it an ideal choice for anyone looking for quality hosting without breaking the bank. I highly recommend NameCrane to anyone in need of dependable hosting services!

I'm not tech savvy. I have very little knowledge of this language. These guys are so helpful, and their responses are pleasant and clear. If I have an issue or a question based on my site, and I can not find the answer on a search engine I go to my last resort, that is to open a ticket. I have usually got a reply within 10 minutes with the answer. There's no arrogance here. It's seamless. Thank you! You seem very nice people.

Very happy with Namecrane. Everything just works and the price can't be beat. The staff (especially the Owner) are extremely responsive and helpful, even when I've created some kind of mess for myself and fixing it is absolutely not their job. Truly feel like I'm valued here. Can't recommend them enough.

The most crucial aspect of our job is to have solutions ready when problems arise. Whenever needed, the team was there, prompt and efficient!

My second purchase. and for a reason. Fast servers and fast support. They are always there when I need support, and that reassures me that I am at the right place.

Quality, best service and extremely competitive price. If you are looking for a professional hosting service with premium features and the best value, your answer is NameCrane.

I'm working with them since early 2023. Good service. The support team is very friendly and helpful. They are always innovating with sophisticated solutions. Keep up the good work.
