Outstanding Service Above and Beyond
I remembered late Friday afternoon that I needed to order name badges for our Deacons to wear on Sunday mornings. I went to Google and typed in name badges and this was one of the top companies to come up. I went through the online order process very easily and was emailed a copy of the invoice right away. When I looked it over, I realized that one of the names had been omitted, by my own error. I called the company and had immediate help and resolution to add the missing name to my existing order. Lo and behold, to my surprise, the package arrived on Monday, just on time for the Deacons' meeting Monday night. I will definitely keep them in mind for the next time name badges are needed.
