I have tried several times via email and phone calls to contact both sales and customer service about a reorder and no response. Very disappointed because they were always responsive in the past and the product was good.

on their production and shipping page it says 5 - 8 days. I ordered my badge May 11, Monday. I called them last week and they told me it would be shipped on Friday May 29 and I would receive a shipping label. It did not ship. I called them again today - June 2 Tue - and they said it will be done "in 2-3 days" and shipped out then. Dishonest company. Would not recommend. I don't even know if I'm being scammed at this point.

Hi Mike, we have no record in our system of you ever ordering from us, and we would never speak to our customers that way. If you have an invoice number, please reach out to us at [email protected], and we can assist you further. It’s possible you may have purchased from another company and are reviewing us by mistake.

Not good customer service. I ordered 2 name badges, I paid for rush service, rush delivery. I had been extremely busy, couldn't check the email. But I noticed that after 2 days, they sent the email for me to approve the proof. I was kinda upset because it was not the large order. I could handle some error if the company had the good policies to rectify the error. However I sent the approval on Thu And 5 days went by, when I had a moment to check my emails again (Some of us are not glued to the phone all the time). I received 5 emails asking for another approval. I finally called the customer service, they said oh they could approve it over the phone at they would send them out within 2 days and that would take another 2 days for shipping. I paid extra for the expedited service in hope of getting them within 2 days. A week went by and I would to wait for another 4 days???? What was the rush service fee for??? I was on hold waiting to speak to the supervisor, at this point, I wanted the money back. The supervisor came on the phone and said that oh they just wanted to make sure that I would be Ok with the design because I put the clipart at the corner, they were not sure. Well, here is the thing, if you are that concerned, you can either ONE Do not allow the software to let customers put the clipart at the corner or TWO CALL CALL CALL if you are THAT concerned and don't want to be responsible of redoing them. I didn't hear a word of "I am sorry for the delay". You need to be trained for your customer service skills. Say it and it will help, you don't really have to mean it. I had to keep repeating "I want my money back, I want to cancel the order". Why did it have to be get escalated like that? Own up to what you can or cannot provide and move on. I work in the field that I have to care for people and I apologize daily if the services that I do happen to be below the par of what people expect and try to fix them. You should be glad that you have jobs while millions of people are unemployed right now in Nov 2020. I am waiting for the stinking 40 USD to show up back in my account and I will be done, or I will be writing another review, I guess.

Hi Apanda, I am so sorry about your frustration with this order but this is not an accurate account of what happened or a normal experience for our customers. Your order was placed on November 17th with 2 day production and standard USPS (3-5 day) shipping. We sent you proofs that very same day because the way the badge was designed online was concerning to us. We felt it was best to reach out to see if you intended for it to look that way or if it was an error. Our website is designed to give you creative freedom but we have a design team that looks over each order to ensure the design is proportionate and will print well. As with anything, mistakes can happen and when something doesn't look correct we like to double check with the client. We sent several emails and tried to contact you via phone but had no success reaching you. The proof was approved on Saturday 11/21 (we are closed on weekends) and we were preparing it for shipment when we received your call back today. At that point we apologized several times and offered to upgrade your shipping to FedEx two day at no extra charge but you demanded a refund so we immediately issued that. I understand that was a small order but we apply the same care and attention to detail to every order because we don't want anyone to be disappointed when they receive the custom products they have created. We strive for 100% satisfaction and focus on personalized customer service so I genuinely apologize that the proofing process cause you an inconvenience. If there is anything else at all that we can do to help please let us know.

This company has the worst customer service skills. I would never recommend this company to any of my colleagues or anyone I used this company for the past 2 years to create name badges for my employees. The one time a didn't agree with their proofing and asked for adjustments they decided to state I was difficult. This company doesn't know the first thing about customer service or about satisfying their customers. They have the mindset to create your name badge the way they see fit. Nor did they even give me the common decency to tell me that they decided not to create my name badge after I sent them all of my name badge Information, I had to call to find out their decision. This company is totally unprofessional and doesn't value good customers. I would never recommend this company.

Unfortunately this review does not represent what occurred. We want each and every one of our customers to be completely satisfied with the products they receive and for the order process to be smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. The reviewer made 2 previous purchases with us (2017 and 2018) and was not happy during the process. Upon requesting another ID badge we decided it was best to not accept the order due to previous complications. We did not take payment and advised the client that we didn't think we would be able to meet her expectations with regards to multiple art revisions, logo creation and design modifications. We wish her the best and hope she is able to create what she is envisioning.

Contacted customer service by phone after difficulties with website getting logo to load for badge. When badge delivered it was without logo, The company wouldn't make that right without asking me to re-order and pay for another badge.
