The wine is delicious
The wine is delicious. I have not received my last order yet due to the high heat climate I live in. After ten days I called to see if my wine was in process of being shipped. I was told the temperature was to hot to ship the wine and they were holding the order. I well understand that. My issue is why did I have to call. I would expect Naked Winery to send an e-mail explaining they were holding my order due tot he temperatures. Thank you.

Hi Donald! Thank you for the feedback and for your recent purchase. We hope you are enjoying your wines now that is it cool enough to ship. We do make it a priority to make sure our customers know what is going on with their shipments from purchase to delivery. I see in your profile that we had sent you and email on 8/20/18 regarding your weather delay due to high temperatures, and it also shows that it was opened. I'm sorry if there was any confusion regarding this shipment. Please let us know if there is anything else we can improve in the future. Cheers, Team Naked

Really delicious wines a little bit…
Really delicious wines a little bit pricey although they give discounts it’s not always on the wine that you really want it on but I’ve never been disappointed in their red’s especially the orgasmic line

I love Naked Winery
I love Naked Winery. The only thing that I don't like about it is having to wait 10 mins or more for service due to only 1-2 employees. Other than that it is a nice environment to be in, the wine is divine and I love having a nice glass in this nonjudgmental environment.
