Hi Guys! Thank you for letting us know about your experience. We typically delay shipments about a week after we process credit cards to allow people to contact us to make changes to their shipping addresses before they go out. We ship a few different clubs from a 3rd party location in California, because of the sheer volume that needs to be constructed and shipped out, we simply lack the man power to ship everything ourselves. There was an extenuating delay in deliveries in September due to wildfires in California shutting down I-5 the same week club packages were shipped out. Hopefully moving forward, there will not be such a delay and we can get you your wine in a timely manor.
