At the end of August we got an email…
At the end of August we got an email that our order was processed. We call asap and ask that you not send it as we would be in Bend all of September and we will pick it up. We were told it was too late. My wife Rindy called and canceled our membership. We were told you would not send them and we could pick them up in Bend. You folks then sent them anyway. Poor joke
I was visiting from out of town and was making a joke about a discount on a tank top that I liked. I was already ordering a case of wine to take back with me. The man that was helping me made a joke (at least I think it was intended to be a joke) that I was “pretty but not that pretty to get any extra discounts.” I was so very taken back by the comment. I love the wine but forever this has tainted my view of the winery.

I thought I ordered sweet wine
I thought I ordered sweet wine. I m not like the dry wine I got.

Sorry to hear the wines didn't fit your tastes. Sparkling wines the poorest
Sparkling wines the poorest. Poured the first bottle down the drain. Will not be buying from you again.

An honest review. We'll take it! Sorry to hear that you didn't like some of our bubbly wines -- looks like you purchased the Sparkling & Sweet Sixer from us back in July. Half of the wines taste like they have…
Half of the wines taste like they have been stored improperly. They had a vinaigrie taste or flat pugnante taste. Was not really impressed with the over quality of the vine selection.

We train our staff to tailor tasting flights toward a guests preferences so we will work more on that aspect of training. This is my second shipment & of the 3…
This is my second shipment & of the 3 bottles I receive, 2 are white table wine ,, i signed up for the wine club as I believed I was going to be receiving some exciting new choices of Chardonnay,, that has not been the case,, therefore, I am requesting that you credit me the unused portion of my shipments & cancel my membership immediately,,, thank you for your prompt attention to this matter , Sincerely, Nancy Homer,,

Only one person took time to serve us…
Only one person took time to serve us and talk to us. The last three wine pick ups have been horrible. McMinnville has the worst service. Bend and seaside have great service.

Where's the wine?
We always get a flight of dry reds. But lately they are barely pouring a tablespoon in the wine glasses for us, while I watch non-members sitting near us having flights and getting way more pours in their glasses. Why is that?! We had 3 separate employees pouring for us, and each one poured us barely a sip, but poured the non-members more, so it was not just one employee. And I will mention one of the employees was in such a hurry to pour for us as they were near closing time, they spilled the wine on my friend's lap (a fellow member). This is not what we signed up for!!!

As for the pours, we train all of our staff to inconstantly pour the same amounts, sorry if you feel that you were not given the same amount in your pour as others in the tasting room. We'd like to hear more about the date this occurrence happen so we can help to train staff members.
