Merlot was almost vinegar. Chardenay was flat with no body. Blush was not sweet as advertised...bad after taste. Either wine was not properly cold packed or wine is just quality. When I did receive it...cold packs we're warm. Had others taste test my results and we all agree. Again...not sure what the cause was but would repurchase any of these choices. Sadly...a waste of a lot I money on dull flavored vinegar.

The wine is overpriced. I have never joined a wine club that charged you if you decided to cx the membership. This proves to me that the wine is not good enough to keep people interested. It’s a scam.

Hi Kathleen - Thank you for the review. Looks like our customer service team has discussed our cancellation policy with you and that you have been canceled. When you become part of Club Naked we request in the paperwork you signed that you agree to take four Club shipments, not including any initial wines taken on the day of sign up, before cancelling. The first group of wines you received were the initial wines offer we extend to members on the day of sign up so that they can pick an assortment of wines themselves, and get Naked that very same day! This means there are four Club Orders to take prior to cancelling your account. However you can cancel at anytime and we just remove the discounts from the original initial wines you purchased from when you signed up and charge back the difference to you. Hi SS - We appreciate your review. Looks like you placed an order on 8/6/18 and that we send you an email that day explaining a weather delay due to extremely hot temperatures. We just want to ensure that the wines you receive from us arrive in top quality and have not been exposed to high heat which can cause corks to expand and lead to oxidation. As explained in our email to you on Aug-8, we have implemented a shipping solution that will allow us to send your wine regardless of high temperatures with cold pack shipping and 2-day express delivery for an addition shipping cost. I can sort of understand holding off on shipping the package until weather can permit, but then to not even notify me of when the package was shipped really annoyed me
