NaijasoftwaresReviews of naijasoftwares.com

I purchased an Adobe Photoshop Windows lifetime license from naijasoftwares for $87.12, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. After receiving the instructions, I discovered that the license was actually a pirated version. When I contacted support, they refused to provide a genuine license or a refund and instead pushed me into switching to a one‑year Adobe Cloud license. From that point on, my access to Photoshop became highly inconsistent. They repeatedly asked me to join different organizations’ accounts, causing access to Photoshop turn on and off unpredictably. This instability directly affected my work and led to lost customers. A few months later, I lost access entirely. When I reached out again, support ignored all previous conversations and told me to reinstall the original “Window lifetime license” the same pirated version I had already reported. Although their surface prices may look cheap, the service is not worth it. I wasted time, lost clients, and never received a legitimate product. I strongly advise others to avoid purchasing software from naijasoftwares.

"Purchasers should be wary: naijasoftwares.com operates with a business model that prioritizes predatory sales over functional technology. After their software failed to work on my system, the company committed to a refund—a promise that has now been ignored for seven months. Their 'customer service' is a facade; I have documented proof that they are systematically deleting my follow-up emails without opening them. Once this company has your capital, they view their obligations to you as terminated. Truly an unethical organization that lacks the basic competence to support its own product or the integrity to honor its financial commitments." This is the email I received from your company on Wed 3/09/2025 8:44 PM telling me I would be refunded..... Hello Peter Howell, Thank you for reaching out and for your patience. We understand your decision and have already contacted the merchant to initiate your refund. Please note that the refund process may take 10–14 business days to be completed. Once approved, the funds will be returned directly through the same payment method you used for your purchase. If you have any further concerns or questions while waiting, kindly let us know—we are here to assist you. I sent multiple emails, all of which generated automated receipts confirming they were received by their system. I subsequently received further automated notifications stating those same emails were deleted without being opened. In that context, their claim of non-receipt is simply not credible. It is equally misleading for them to suggest that I failed to provide required details. I was explicitly emailed by the company confirming that a refund would be issued. as I have provided above. That communication did not request any further information from me, nor did it indicate that any action was outstanding on my part. If you like I can post the whole email trail including the emails you refused to acknowledge and read..... This situation reflects a troubling lack of transparency and accountability. Customers should be aware that written confirmations and automated receipts may later be denied, and responsibility shifted back onto the customer without justification. I would strongly caution others again before engaging with this business.

Scam. Unlicensed software. A week after installation Photoshop was blocked by Adobe with the message that this is unlicensed software. I had to uninstall it.
