I had a difficult time figuring out how to pay for the requested software since payment required to enter my card info. hit another button to accept the card info and then required me to input my card info. on (what looked like) another website. I requested help and received it. The chat person was patient, courteous, and helped me through the payment process, no matter how many times I requested help with another area of the payment process. I would give them more than five stars if it were possible. Great Product and customer service. The PDF files were very easy to help me download the products. I highly recommend this company for software.
