This dress was everything I had hoped. It was beautiful. The embroidered net overlay was not scratchy and I received compliments from complete strangers The color is more peach than pink but it is a lovely dress

Love my dress! I was skeptical about ordering from Nafori because of some negative reviews. But, they had the perfect dress for my event so I ordered it. In the box for comments on the order page, I asked a question about the dress sizing. The next day, I received a response telling me that they would custom size my dress for me!!!! They asked for my measurement and sent me a gorgeous gown that is a perfect fit! I had planned to have alterations made once it got here but the fit was perfect. The dress is extremely well made and the fabric is a nice heavy fabric (I was worried it would be thin and unstructured). And it got to me very quickly; less than 2 weeks from the day I sent measurements, I had my gown. Highly recommend Nafori. 10/10 for quality, price, and customer service.

My experience with customer service was fantastic, they were very responsive and made sure they understood the customizations that I asked for. The dress is gorgeous and made will as far as I can tell, the only thing was the sizing was a little off and I am having it altered slightly. Over all, I am very happy with my experience and the dress I received with customizations!

The worst company policy, offering 15-22% refund on return item Charging 27% restocking, plus shipping 🙄 Zipper on dress malfunction, dress itself is very heavy, uncomfortable Don’t recommend to use this company, it’s a scam
