I wish I had taken the time to read the reviews before purchasing a dress from Narfori. The prices appeared reasonable, and the dresses looked beautiful on their website. Unfortunately, the dress I received looked nothing like the picture advertised. I was extremely disappointed with the quality and appearance. BUYERS BEWARE! Please read their return policy carefully before making a purchase. To request a return, you must email the company and explain why you want to return the item. After contacting them about my dissatisfaction, I was offered only 15% of my purchase price back upon return or 30% off my next purchase. Seriously? Why would I want to purchase another dress from a company when I am already dissatisfied with the first one? And why should I have to settle for receiving only 15% of my money back for a dress that looks nothing like what was advertised? This is extremely disappointing customer service. When customers purchase an item based on the pictures advertised, they should receive a product that reasonably matches what they ordered. My advice: Read the reviews, examine the return policy carefully, and think twice before spending your money with Narfori. I certainly wish I had!

Absolutely terrible. I ordered a dress and waited 18 days for it to be delivered and it was not even close to what I ordered. I have had to file a complaint to try to get my money back. Do not buy from this company!!

I received the dress; looked great, but wrong sizing. Definitely not a size 12 (in fact, I ordered larger-just in case!). Emailed customer service to initiate a return since there were no instructions in the package. Have not heard anything from them- no communication. Order # N6616046. Debra

The Dress ordered was not described correctly and sizing was off. Returned it at own expense. Then they refused to refund full amount and refused the return. So now out the purchase price, expidited shipping, and return shipping. Very Poor customer service. Shipped exactly how they mentioned in their email back to me.

Worst experience ever with a clothing company. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! They ask when your event is and I thought that was such a great feature! All week I have been back and forth with this company and they have decided to tell me it was my fault and that I did not fill out what date I needed the dress by. 100% false accusation. And this began as they realized the dress was not going to reach my by the date I requested. Disgusting business with no morals. They just want to take your money. Do not do business with these people.

This is the worst Scam of a business out there. Do not order from them. I have screenshots that say delivery time between certain dates and they have lied. They then claim that the only way they will give you money back as if they keep a percentage of your money because they claim to have cut the fabric. I didn’t get a custom order dress I got a regular size, and I know for a fact that it’s already been produced and manufactured. They’re not gonna give you a dress it’s worth anything or any product. They have horrible reviews for a reason do not buy from them.

Do not buy from them!!! I bought 2 dresses and they had weird round padding sewn into the bodice that was visible through the fabric. They were also sewn in way too high on the chest. I tried to return them and they sent me a return address in Hong Kong. They are selling junk and know it is not worth the cost to send it back. I “thought” I had verified their return policy, but they are vague about where you have to return them. Dont do it!
