River made our refinance process so much easier and pleasant than I could have expected. I had tried to refinance with Bank of America and Wells Fargo (where I am already a long time customer of both) and found the process so frustrating I gave up. River made the process easy and we got a much better rate! 10/10 recommend.

The representative that we had was Wayne Leonard and our experience with him was exceptional!!! He was able to lay out all of our options for us and gave us detailed information every step of the way! We were told by Bank of America, that we weren't able to refinance, but New American Funding was able to get us a 2 percent lower interest rate and able to cash out $30,000.
