Called to get rates, gave them all of my info but no rate. Was told they can't give me a rate until pulling my credit. Credit pulled, then another excuse said I have to fill out an application to get rates. Filled out application. Guess what? Another problem, saying I have to supplied W2, pay stubs...etc. Basically wanting a complete application packet. I'm not applying. Lied to me from day 1. After 2 weeks I still haven't gotten a single rate and fees completely. Kevin Y says can't give me a rate until my rate is locked. WHAT?? How do I lock the rate if I don't even know the rates and closing costs? Let me lock the rates so I can know the rate?? Ridiculous. Bait and switch tactic. Do not trust companies doing that.

I was charged twice for my monthly mortgage, two payments were deducted on my bank account. When I requested for a refund I was told I need to pay $15 so I can receive it in 2-3 days for wire transfer, otherwise if I will not pay I will need to wait for 7-10 days for the check to be mailed. So because I need the money I agreed for $15 but then it's been a week still has not received the refund. Followed up several times now they are telling me they refunded it to an account not the same name where they deducted it so my bank refused it. They have my bank information where they usually charges me now they refunded it to a different account name without confirming it first with me. So frustrating and disappointed,
