Forget the customer support, the Live version of their interface is so slow and does not execute orders in a timely fashion. I placed an order, waited and nothing happened. I had to click the button twice to get it to finally place an order and then they chose the wrong order that I never clicked on. I lost money on that because their live interface is completely slow compared to the demo account. A total scam. I withdrew all my money and won't be using them again. I already contacted their customer support several days ago about the issue and I have not gotten any response. I'm sure they are aware that I can't prove the false clicks unless I'm screen recording all my trades. Either way I won't be using Nadex until they massively improve their interface.
