Hi Randall, Thank you for leaving us a review. Nadex contracts are fully collateralized, meaning when anyone enters a trade, they must have the available balance to cover the risk of the trade. This allows Nadex to immediately clear the trade and distribute the proceeds upon settlement of the contract. If you do not have the available funds to cover the trade, your order will be rejected. Just as a tip, the order ticket tells you what your maximum profit and maximum loss are before you enter the trade, so you will know up front how much you will be putting into the trade. Hi Jennifer, Thank you for your review, we appreciate the feedback. In regards to your experience with risk/reward on your trades, it sounds like you might be trading deep in-the-money contracts. Meaning, you are risking more to profit a small amount when a contract is already deep in your favor. Nadex products offer plenty of flexibility to choose your own risk/reward on every trade. For example, you can trade an at-the-money contract and your potential profit can be nearly double the risk, if not more.
