These guys are a joke...very dishonest...they set price wherever they please so that your position loses. Most recently I had a 3087 put that expired at 4pm EDT ...at 4pm TD Ameritrade listed the closing price at 3082 a full 5 pts in the money...I called NADEX to see why my acct was not credited for the winning trade and they claimed the closing price at 4pm was 3088 a full 6 pts more than the TD Ameritrade price and conveniently 1 pt above my stike....what a JOKE these guys are...the CFTC should shut them down for cheating...totally corrupt...this was not the first time I have caught them at game

I have been investing for almost 50 years with full service, the original discount brokers and currently have on line accounts with etrade and td ameritrade. I have never experienced such rude incompetent customer service as I have with Nadex. Stay away from this company if you want to keep your stress level low.

In due course I got to regenerate my loss and privation in little time by paying attention and with the help of a platform which is not just amazing but fast also. I never thought I'd be able to recover after all I went through, but I would be glad and willing to share my experience with everyone interested

Nadex is simply Amazing! I personally have made a few hundred thousand dollars by trading on Nadex this past year. While unsuccessful in Forex, Nadex was my last stop before I hung up trading all together. Thank heavens I tried it out. It's been about 1 year of pure success for me. Now you can't win them all but with proper risk management and a decent strategy you too can generate a whole lot of profit on Nadex. I really don't understand how it isn't more popular than it is honestly there is nothing like it. So for those of you new to Nadex who is reading up on it like I did when I first looked into it, I'm going to give you a real review here. So let's talk about a few negative things and issues you probably have seen online about Nadex. Most of the negative reviews you see are at the fault of the trader who is complaining for not reading things and not knowing what they are doing and not anything Nadex did. Just like any place you trade on they must be able to verify you and your bank! This is to prevent fraud and spoofing! To prevent people who are not who they say they are trading on their platform. So if you sign up and deposit money via a debit card, make sure you have access to that bank and are able to get a monthly statement that shows your name and account BEFORE you deposit your money! They will ask for a monthly statement of the bank account that your debit card is on that shows your name and account number to verify you. 90% of the complaints come from this mistake alone. Also do NOT make a deposit with a Pre-Paid card. You must have a real bank and can't withdraw until you verify that bank. You can withdraw up to the amount you deposited with your debit card and the rest through your bank via ACH or wire transfer. It takes 24 hours for wire and 3-5 business days for regular ACH bank transfer. Also Nadex says it takes 7-10 business days to verify your bank. For me it was 3 days and customer service was super responsive to any question I had. So all these people writing reviews saying Nadex won't give them their money when it was their own fault for not following protocol is lying to you. I started with $500 and have withdrawn well over $250,000 the past year with no problems. They are NOT a scam and are not out to scam you. Nadex is heavily regulated by the US Government so if they really were scamming anyone they would have been shut down by now and not successfully in operation for over 11 years. And last all the complaints that their platform don't match and move with the markets or that they purposely manipulate things is bull! Nadex moves right along with the markets. They don't make money from you when you lose. They make $1 per contract and another $1 per contract if you win. That's how they make money from you. They rather you win honestly because it keeps you on their platform which is why they give great tutorials and tips and have webinars to help you. Nadex is an exchange, like the New York Stock Exchange or Chicago Mercantile Exchange and you're basically betting against other members on the exchange what you think the market will do. If you buy someone is on the other side of your trade selling. If you win you get what the other trader lost. It's kind of like Fanduel if you know what that is. Nadex's primary function is to match buyers and sellers in an unbiased manner. Nadex is regulated by the CFTC (Commodity Future Trading Commission) and as a regulated exchange, Nadex is never on the other side of your trade. Neither Nadex nor its employees trade on the exchange at all. Your order is matched to another trader or one of Nadex's affiliated market makers, larger institutions which agree to provide liquidity. Risk is low as well as you always only can risk $100 per contract. Unlike Traditional Forex, there is no way to lose more than that if the market spikes! In conclusion Nadex is a game changer and I highly suggest anyone giving them a try even if you are a complete newbie to trading!

I can't withdraw my money $412.50 from my account. They want verify my debit card, but my checking account was closed 2 years ago (that debit card doesn't exist). Bank has my statement only in branch in Vermont. I am living in Washington State that why I can't go and take statement from that branch. Branch refused to send this statement because they don't have recorded line. Nadex didn't want verify card when they were getting money, but now they refused to give me my money. I verified all information, but I didn't receive anything. Nadex stays that their policy like this. I asked that why they didn't verify before I paid them? They sad they will take all money and don't care about verification (they have policy like this).

Nadex is a scam they manipulate the numbers and won’t let you withdraw your money. Stay away

Not a legitimate trading company. Nadex does not follow the Dow Index as nadex's own website claims. I have lost $2000 to find this out. Beware and look elsewhere if interested in investing.
