Smooth efficient process

My experience with Nada.co was challenging because the structure of this kind of home loan uses investors instead of a bank. It was also my only option as an independent contractor with a low credit score. Life had dealt some blows, leaving me in debt while my home needed repairs. Although the process was not smooth, and we had a couple delays, working with Chris Porter and Ricky was an absolute treat. You won't find a kinder person and a better professional communicator than Chris, and Ricky did absolutely everything he could to keep my (much needed!) deposit date after closing. They worked hard to make my loan happen. I couldn't be more grateful for this help to get back on my feet financially and take care of my family.

Communication was good. The charges could be explained better. Able to get all the required documentation done by phone. Did not need an intrusive inspection, survey or appraisal. But there is a level of stress, or doubt, that will remain until I hear about the final completion in three to four weeks. Also, it seems like the actual payoff cost is undefined exactly.

So far this has been a great experience and wonderful representative who understood and addressed all my questions professionally and honestly. I appreciate the care which Chris Lloyd took with me. Thank you
