So the people I got put with are great however somehow I’m signed up and locked into a heloc app instead of the personal loan I was looking for

NADA, Over my home equity agreement This company told me it wouldn't take long to process my request for funds. I was in desperate need of money because , I was inbetween jobs this was in June . July comes around and they don't have money so , I have to wait and jump through numerous "hoops" calling banks collecting data that it was their job to do and I had to sell my car and make July and August payments together. This made my July payment late because of them! And now they tell me even though the bank isn't reporting the late payment to the credit agency. That they won't give me the money at the last moment even though they led me to believe I was getting it by sending me all the information on fees and amounts to sign . BEWARE!!! IF YOU REALLY NEED CASH DONT RELY ON THIS COMPANY TO BE QUICK AT IT EVEN IF THEY TELL YOU IT WILL BE! They will find any reason to not give you the funds if the deal isn't good enough for them I am sure. I told them continuously, that I needed those funds to pay bills and I would be late and they made it were I had to sell my car thinking I would just buy another with the money ,and now I have NO DAMN CAR and I have soon to be bills over due !!! Thanks for getting my hopes up NADA!!! You really managed to mess this guy over!

Stay clear of this company. My experience with Nada has been delay after delay and terrible communication. I was given a funding date and specifically confirmed that date. It came and went with no funds and no communication from Nada. I had to reach out and ask what was going on, only to be given another explanation and another funding date. That second funding date was also confirmed. It came and went too. Again, no funds and no proactive communication. I was told the delays were because they were switching investment partners. Yet I am now seeing recent reviews from people who received their money as scheduled during that same general period. So how were some people still being funded while others were being told the investor change was causing the delay? Nada repeatedly asked me to leave a Trustpilot review earlier in the process. At the time, I thought it was too early. Well, now they have their review. Stay away.

Went through the process of uploading all my documents and waited over a week, just to be told there was a hold on licensing through the state of Georgia. Then was given no time frame of when or if that could be fixed.

I have had two closings with this company and have not received any of the funds I was to receive. I have called them several times and no one answers. I don’t know how they can stay in business

I have been dealing with Adrian and Carla. The process has not been the greatest. In the beginning he told me he could help me when i explained everything, I was misinformed when i initially asked how many on-time payments were needed because i had done a modification last year. I got told just the current one, the process came near the end and then i got told i needed 24 months of payment history. I gave 24 months but i knew and told them a payment was missed last year because of the modification. I emailed everything as directed. Never got a response and to close next week the paperwork had to be in Saturday. They had me put them on my homeowner insurance i send it in again no response 3 emails later. I messaged Adrian, again no response when i was told i was good to go just needed the homeowners done. Here i am for days wondering what’s going on with this because i got no responses. Communication with this company is not good. They leave you in the dark for days with no updates. They are making money in this process in the end it is not me making the money. I guess i just need to proceed with the cash out refinance company that only needs 6 ontime payments. 24 months is just absurd but whatever at this point since no one wants to respond to me.

Fix software - too clumsy!

Your agent did not keep me updated as to what was going on. Emails went unanswered. I was told that I was to have an answer by the 22 or 23rd. I am still waiting.
