Body lavas are absolutely horrible. They are patchy, streaky and pill no matter what. I have tried them on clean skin with nothing else underneath many times and always end up with the same result. The pilling off makes a huge mess and transfers onto close awfully, even black. I do not have dry skin or eczema. It also appears they have blocked me on the Shop app after I left my initial review there. I am very dissatisfied with the product and the service. I ordered other things which were eyeshadows and a setting spray I have only tried some of the single eyeshadows, which would not last well at all on my eyes without a primer and would very badly crease unlike any other eyeshadow I've ever tried even without a primer and I do not have oily eyelids either. I have not yet tried them with a primer but I’m not complaining about the eyeshadows anyway, that's not the primary issue because that is what drew me to their website in the first place was one of the eyeshadow palettes. I am complaining about the body lava, and the fact that it appears I have been blocked on the Shop app after leaving my initial review which I am sure if they blocked me, they probably deleted my review too.

If it were possible to give zero stars I would. They sent me unsealed products that leaked Out over everything else. I had to put on gloves in order to clean, inspect, unpackage everything. Customer service was unhelpful. They felt my experience, effort and inconvenience was worth nothing. The products, cheaply made, do not live up to the hype promoted by their influencers, and in cases such as eyeliners, break quite quickly and are no longer extendable or retractable. I have a strong suspicion, based on their insistence that I return them Instead of simply throwing them out, that leaky products had been previously returned and or used.

I found these products to be lacking in pigment, what looked on the advertising like a buttery eyeshadow was actually just a lot of glitter that was incredibly irritating to my eyes and got absolutely everywhere!! The coverage was not good at all either…. I would avoid. I did write to NABA regarding this but they were unable or unwilling to help.

Poor Quality & Dangerous Experience My wife spent $100 on eyeliners from NABA Cosmetics, and the entire experience was a disaster. The items arrived damaged because they were shipped without any protective packing material. To make matters worse, one of the eyeliners caused a severe reaction, resulting in painful rashes and an infection that required a doctor's visit. It is clear there are major issues with both their quality control and shipping standards. I would never recommend this brand to anyone.

Product arrived completely smashed. I emailed and received absolutely no reply.

Ordered a palette for a photoshoot event. Their website said shipping to the Netherlands would take up to 5 working days. It has taken almost two weeks for it to arrive. Sure, the shipping company can run into some delays, but I could see through the track and trace that it wasn’t their fault, but it was actually the company itself that took ages to actually send it out. Too late for the shoot, but unfortunately we won’t be able to return it since they do not accept returns. Shitty policy if you can’t deliver what you promised.

first I understand humans make mistakes but I've heard too many of the same stories on this brand for it to not just be a badly run business. I tried to cancel my order after seeing all the reviews but they refused. They said it had already been shipped even though I didn't get a shipping email till after I tried to cancel. When I got my package, they'd sent 2 of the same palette and one of the ones I ordered was missing. they made me send back the double before replacing it with what I ordered which is whack cause this was YOUR mistake so why am I waiting to get my stuff till after I fix YOUR mistake? like I said, badly run business. then I finally got around to using the product and it's so far below subpar. no payoff and doesn't last even with a good base. anyway nobody should buy from here

I ordered $155 worth of makeup on 8 different eye pigment palettes after seeing advertisements about them on TikTok and Instagram. While their US site claims to process orders in 1 day, I waited 4 extra days for my order to ship since the processing time on their main site states 5 days are needed. After 5 business days passed, my order was still left unshipped. I emailed them inquiring about when my order might be sent and I received a shipping notification shortly after. The next day they emailed back and claimed it had been shipped. A few days later I receive a small box in the mail from NABA Cosmetics. I knew I had to film myself unboxing it because there was no way my order fit in that small of a box. Needless to say, thank goodness I did. Inside the parcel was one broken palette. I emailed them proof and stated my disappointment and right away they said it must have been a mistake and that they ‘aren’t scammers’. They made a new shipping label and sent my order again. I received a giant box in the mail and thought to myself, “Phew, it must all be here”. Even so, I filmed just in case. After unboxing a box inside a box, inside another box, another box, and 3 more boxes and pilfering though mounds of packaging, I finally reached the eye palettes. Yet again my order was wrong. After all that, I was still missing an eye palette. I emailed them again with proof and they said the palette I was missing shipped separately. I emailed back immediately and asked for a tracking number, to which they have not sent. This whole ordeal has been entirely frustrating. I do understand that mistakes can happen; however, I would have thought they would have been much more careful in confirming the second order was correct before sending it. Especially after taking so much time packaging it. Now they flat out aren’t replying to my email asking for tracking on something I paid for… Update: 2 weeks after ordering Finally got them to send the last missing palette after making a PayPal claim asking for a refund. It arrived broken. Who would have guessed…
