Cards trash can’t link it to anything it’s basically a glorified Walmart prepaid card. Worse service I’ve ever experienced. Hate how many Washington employees are forced by the company to even use this card. It’s nothing but a joke

Terrible customer service. Very rude when asking questions like I'm bothering them for having to do their job. They won't let me close my account and when I ask to do so, they end the call. Is this not illegal??

Had to use this company for work. It's absolutely terrible. They don't transfer same day but will charge you the fee. Then tell you they'll refund the fee in a week when it doesn't transfer same day.. but that doesn't happen. They always blame it on your bank not them even tho I use a real national bank to hold my money. I asked to be transfered to someone higher when I call and I get hung up on. Now I just have $76 missing including the feeb Don't stay with an employer who uses this card. It always hits wisely before it hits your account so just don't bother. The worst card company I've ever been forced to use.

I just signed up for this service through my company to get access to my paycheck 2 days early. My phone number got hacked and I had to change my phone number. Was able to change my phone number on ADP through the website. I called Wisely and I had to submit documents to verify identity and it could take 1-2 business days. Spoke with Miguel (supposed Supervisor) and he said the same thing. Asked to speak to his supervisor. He told me what for? They'll tell you the same thing. I need my money. And I can't transfer it without updating my new number. He said we are financial institution (the only financial institution in the WORLD that requires updating personal documents verifying identity and have it take 2 days to complete) and we don't change our policies just because a customer doesn't like the answer. I asked to speak to his supervisor again and he said I can arrange a callback...in 1-2 business days. Don't know how this company gets anything done. Does it take 1-2 business days to ask for a glass of water or another roll of toilet paper for the bathroom? If a worker has a question does it take 1-2 days to get an answer?? Great perk to get your money a few days later, but their support team is overseas, hard to understand, and RUDE.

They are horrible company I've been having an account for over 5 yrs had a house fire lost everything couldn't access my online account so they been giving me the run around for a year now!! Not to mention it's over 300 in the account!! What time do

My card was stolen and the perpetrator used it to to steal $578 via 50 charged transactions. I reported it to Wisely and was told the funds would be reimbursed until the investigation concluded, and when it found that I didn't make nor authorize the purchases the money wouldn't have to be refunded to Wisely. They claimed I only had 10 days from the date I reported it stolen to return a signed document 'formerly' starting the investigation, while also telling me the investigation would start ASAP without it. They then claimed there was an alternative to start the investigation, but that they would only reveal how if they hadn't received the signed doc by the 9th day. I never received the paper and contacted them back. They provided an email address to send the investigation request, but the email was blocked and didn't send until the next day. Instead of contacting each merchant to obtain the video footage of the perpetrator who stole the card, they closed the investigation within 3 days claiming no fraud had occurred. Seven of the purchases were at a QT gas station were they made even number charges of $10, $15, and $20, which in themselves draws a red flag, in addition to the fact I used the charging method to make purchases less than 1% of the time used over a 7+ year period. Each transaction is a felony in Georgia, and Wisely helped conceal the crimes in order to avoid refunding me the $578 that was stolen.
