My husband gets paid biweekly and we e NEVER had a issue of running out of money . All of a sudden the week after were paid there is less than 50 dollars in our acct . We're broke by the first weekend . Anyone else having same issues ?

Well I have been a Wisely card holder for over 10 years and all of a sudden I can not log into my account which was set up to read my biometrics. Now all of a sudden biometrics is turned off and I can only access my account balance through calling their 800 number. I have talked to customer service and they keep insisting I give them a copy of my SSN which I am not gonna do, I gave them a valid drivers license and a valid Veterans Administration card who in their right mind is running around giving people their SSN? As a customer there is no way I should have to keep getting the run around by people that are not in this country and certainly there is enough scams in the world that you would be crazy to readily give them a copy of your SSN. I am going to stop the madness and get off the crazy train. Wisely has lost me as a customer I rather deposit my money to chime or cashapp I deleted the App and I am considering legal action against them. Their system is broke and no one can fix it

I have been in the phone since Friday 9/18 about a payment I was supposed to receive. I was told the 1st card was to be issued by My employer but I discontinued work with them by the time I was to receive that card so why send it to a card I hadn't activated? I tried to set one up through the mobile app as well as speaking to a person directly and they stated to wait for a specific card to com in the mail. I waited for that card in the mail and they sent the deposit to the 2nd card that I coincidentally shredded because it wasn't the right one! Now that I received the 3rd one there is a 0 account balance and I am still without funds and now I have to wait another 2-3 days for another card to come that will supposedly have My balance that I was supposed to have last Friday! I would not recommend this card company to any individual or company at all ever. All of the customer service reps ive spoken with were of minimal help amd made it seem like I was the issue and not their company!

They are the worst service that exists, they made a payment from my account and wisely has not been responsible

I make the money that is put on that card for Wisely to decline a purchase on some perfume I want on line. Why does a entity get to decide where I can spend MY MONEY I MADE! It is only put on there cause my employers use it as a form of tip card for our credit card tips we receive!!! I wish I could put my tips straight on my truist or cash app card to be honest and forget wisely they are useless!!!!

I am paid by my employer through Wisely. I work for a temp company. The temp company has more than one office and about 6 or 7 years ago I received work through one office and didn't really have any issues with using my card. Fast forward to last year and the second office I worked at but through the same company issued me a new card. I had to update my personal information because I had moved which I thought was no big deal. The first week after I got paid my card didn't work. I then called customer service and they told me the reason my transactions were being declined is because I have the wrong zip code on my personal information. I double checked and the zip code was correct. I had to change my zip code on my personal information to my previous zip code to get it to work which I found odd. I get paid at 5:00 AM on Fridays so at 5:01 I'm on my phone transferring my funds to my regular checking account to avoid any problems. They charge a $2 fee and the funds don't show up in my checking account until Monday but that's a small inconvenience to avoid leaving money on my card just to have something go wrong with my account.

I am no longer going to deal with the imbeciles from India that the GREEDY ADP Co insist on employing to serve NO CUSTOMER...EVER... ONLY irritate frustrate and anger it's customers who unfortunately have the wisely hoodrat card!! I've been cheated out of hundreds and hundreds of dollars due to the choice of ADP employing these idiots!!! MOST RECENTLY it cost me 2 ENTIRE days of work... Resulting in a loss of 2 DAYS OF PAY FOR MYSELF... AFTER WASTING LITERALLY HOURS AND HOURS OF MY TIME TO SPEAK TO INFANTILE IDIOTS THEY(ALL 10 CSR'S) DID NOTHING BUT NEGATIVELY AFFECT MY LIFE NEGATIVELY WHILE BEING PAID BY ADP... THERE'S ALL KINDS OF EVIDENCE BACKING MY CLAIM THAT I WAS PURPOSELY TAUNTED, AND HECKLED AS I WAS SO UPSET FROM THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES HOURS OF ABUSE I ALMOST STARTED CRYING, AND I WANTED TO WHOOP SOMEBODY'S ARSE DURING THE MANY HOURS I DIDN'T WANT TO SPEND ON THE PHONE WITH 10 REPRESENTATIVES THAT DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR ME..BUT FINANCIALLY RUINED FOR MORE OF MY LIFE!! OTHER FOULS INCLUDED DEPRIVATION OF ACCESS TO MY MONEY IN THEIR ESTABLISHMENT RESULTING IN NO Shopping FOR ME on a Black Friday.... Allowing someone that wasn't even on my account to order a card on my account, and when I noticed I was treated like a criminal and locked out of my account because these idiots from India aren't even fit to speak on a phone!! There are too many fouls to count, and I may be consulting with an attorney because I have evidence as a major screw up just recently that resulted in my loss of two entire days of pay because they want to force people to deal with idiots in India they're obviously don't like Americans!!! BEWARE THIS IS A SHEISTY COMPANY ALL COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOUR NEEDS OR FINANCES FOR THAT MATTER THEY OWE ME A COUPLE OF DAYS OF PAY PLUS COUNTLESS HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH THEIR CHOICE OF IDIOTS IN INDIA... BUT WHEN YOU CALL ADP IT'S AMERICANS THAT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH AND ARENT RUDE, AND UN PROFESSIONALLY INFANTILE, AND CLUELESS TO THE PRODUCT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR!!!!!!!! I'M ANGRY JUST THINKING ABOUT IT... I'M NEVER GOING TO DEAL WITH THESE IDIOTS AGAIN AND I'M GOING TO GIVE AS MANY REVIEWS AS I CAN TO GET IT OUT THERE TO SAVE SOME PEOPLE FROM WANTING TO FLIP OUT ON THEM

Customer service is a joke, they all just repeat steps to take never actually listening to you. I've been told lies and manipulated, hung up on, and told bogus information. I haven't been able to get any of my funds out and have been evicted and currently homeless in my car with no way to get my cash out. This started with an unknown transaction back on July 26.
