Started off good but hasn’t worked in a week. Been to several locations in the US. Would not recommend it!

Couldn’t get my second RV mini camera to work in the app. Online help and tech-support were worthless. I love my first one.

Never received the unit or refund and it's been over 1.5 months

The price to purchase plus the subscription fee for 6 months was more than a small security system.

My device still does not work. It is “looking for connection” and took over two days on a charger to get to 100% charged.

I got the device to work once, then when we traveled to the USA, we couldn't get it working, tried the help, but no luck and gave up on it.

Be more upfront on how the product works: limited connections, poor battery, not reliable. I don’t trust this product to ever leave my pets unattended

I contacted customer support about receiving two orders when I only ordered once and was never contacted back
