It works fine, but the monthly membership is very expensive and you cannot turn the unit off. It is crazy that there is no way to turn it off outside of letting the battery die! Would suggest just using a Bluetooth thermometer instead to save on the ridiculous monthly costs.

So, I bought this for my Motorhome. we are going on our trip in January. I have not put it in use yet. Check back in February.

The ordering and shipping process was easy. The only reason I’m giving it three stars is the battery doesn’t last very long. If you opt for too many of the notifications available, it will run down your battery in a hurry. I had to turn some of mine off in order to get it to last for 2 1/2 days. I’m concerned because that was with it being in the house and not having to send me alerts about the temperature fluctuations. I’ll have to see how it applies to real world application when I go on a trip next month

Good product, but I was put off that I could not purchase a monthly contract via my computer. I could only purchase the monthly contract via their phone app. I do not do any business on my phone. I was going to return it, but my wife decided to use her phone for their app and to order the monthly contract....

We got off to a rocky start but hopefully it gets better. It took over two weeks for the device to arrive. We received it the day before we left for our RV trip with our animals. Almost a week later after many many chats and resets the device seems to be working now. We’ll see how it goes from here.

My issue is that the waggle sends power outage alerts when we have power and everything else on the RV is good. This has happened several times sends alert of power outage when there is still power. Which uses up unnecessary text and uses up my limited text as well. Not sure if it’s just my device or others has had the same issue.

I’d give 3.5 stars if I could. The temperature readings were not always consistent but good when it worked. Even though it says it updates every 15 minutes I couldn’t get it to update any sooner than 40 minutes. I ultimately canceled use due to cost.

I tried to use your chat to ask about getting a second monitor vehicle mount and was totally frustrated that it wouldn't let me ask a simple question. It kept leading me down a path that I didn't want to go.
