This product was ok. Didn’t work when I received it. I had to push to get another one. The next one works but the temperature accuracy isn’t great. They force you to have a subscription and they aren’t cheap.

First unit ordered did not show up and no follow-up from waggle I had to follow-up the unit looses connectivity alot and is expensive for the service they should advertise the total cost upfront

The product works fine. Unfortunately, it's become a bit dated. First, if your RV has 24x7 internet connectivity - it is unable to use that like literally thousands of other IOT devices can. It instead requires a separate subscription plan with data that no other devices can use. Second - the data plan is ONLY allowed to be the one from Nimble/Waggle/whomever, and you cannot bring your own SIM or plan. Third - The data plan is ridiculously expensive - over $200 per year for a plan to send occasional SMS messages. Finally - and this was the last straw - to make literally ANY changes to your plan, you cannot do this online. You have to call a call center, that routes overseas, to a very noisy facility where they have trouble hearing you. Not offering a self-service option is unforgivable these days.

The GPS does not stay on our dogs collar. It has come off so many times and we had to go looking for it. Completely useless if it's not on the dog
