Easy to set up! I use it in my car when I have dogs with me and I can check the temps in the car when I am out and set the alarm for temps over or under my settings.

#970278 The waggle has not worked in over a week no matter what is tried. During the initial phone call they wanted me to wait over night for the battery and that they would call back the next day. No one has contacted me since the initial phone call. I sent an email about it and they responded my email was being sent to appropriate department. I have not had a response from anyone. The battery is at full charge now. Still does not work. At this point, I would like a full refund for the equipment and subscription or a new replacement waggle and refund on the subscription for the 2 weeks total this has not worked for. UPDATE: They straightened this out and everything works great now. They gave me a new waggle and reimbursed for the month that was lost. Satisfied customer now.

I would have given 5 stars, but I’m very frustrated with this device and when questions were asked I was made to feel like I was putting out the person helping me. There are areas of the device I don’t understand and there are terrible instructions with it.

It works great the only trouble I had was getting it to start working at the beginning took it a week after I subscribed to start working other then that great product

You’re paying a premium price for peace of mind. The waggle is expensive. The monthly subscription fee is an additional cost. The app is basic and filled with ads. Overall the item appears cheap, but it does seem to work reliably.

I like knowing that I have a constant temperature monitoring system in my travel trailer when dogs are on board. I found the Waggle app useless and had to repeatedly call customer service before finally connecting with a rep to change from my old monitor to my upgraded one. Their hours of availability Monday thru Friday 10 to 8 pm seem inadequate for a 24 hour heat monitoring system.

Very easy purchase. Super fast delivery and very simple to set up. Subscription is a bit of a bite though, I did take advantage of the best deal possible, although I won’t be using the service for most of the 24 months I’m paying for.

Seems to work well. I did some testing and it warned me of low battery and temperature getting hotter. Also left it at home and drove away to see if it would work from a long distance, and it seemed to do just fine. Still need to test in our Class B RV during a trip to see how well it does.
