Was disappointed to learn that after purchasing the product, in order to use it you also need to pay for a subscription. This was not at all clear pre-purchase. The battery also does not seem to last more than a couple of days and does not recharge quickly. I definitely have buyers remorse.

Very short battery life. I expected longer than 24 hours.

I wish this unit was able to connect to a Wifi internet source. I have been using this unit in my driveway and I live in a very residential area with good reception. I keep getting alerts saying my unit is offline or not responding. I was told they use Verizon as the carrier. Other that this issue when it works its good.

Zero stars. Returning the product. If you can't seem to send me an email to complete the installation, then why would I trust you to send me an email alert that something is wrong in my RV.

The ability to turn the devise on and off is very cumbersome. I can tell when it is on or off. So far I have also had a problem with the cell service provider. I have Verizon for my cell and I was able to get cell service and internet via my phone but the waggle device read no service. So far this is not very good for what I thought would work for me.

Would be good if they would fix the issue of NOT resetting after a communication loss. I have to manual reset it which doesn't work if your away at the time and your dog is not.
