It constantly goes off line. If you run it off the battery only you constantly get power outage alerts so I had to shut that off. It's pretty accurate with monitoring the temp so that's great

We had trouble keeping it connected, even at our home. At one camp ground it wouldn’t connect, but at another it did great. When it works it’s a super product and I love it!

Unit constantly loses connection. I have no faith that this is going to work if we were to rely on it for its intended purpose. Previous version worked flawlessly but this new unit is garbage.

Love it while it’s working but I keep getting messages that the sensor is offline and that I need to reset. Don’t know what keeps happening to it. Battery is charged and trailer has been parked in one spot for weeks and it will just lose the connection.

The device didn't work for the first several days. It was difficult to get support, delays with a response from the customer service agent and responses that didn't make sense.

Great notifications but it has to be constantly connected to a charger.

since i am selling my motor home i do not feel this device has been a helpful tool for me the temperatures have been very high in my RV but i have never received any notification to that effect i feel i wasted my money by signing up for the "nonservice" i never received

We went on a recent RV excursion to Cherokee, NC (Smoky Mountains) and were pleased by the mild weather. This allowed us to leave the Dogs in our Camper with no worries. Maybe a learning curve for us but the lack of connectivity we experienced between our WAGGLE and our AT&T phone service rendered the unit worthless. Hoping for a better experience on our next trip.
