I wish it had a better refresh rate. I also don’t find the temp to be all that accurate

I’m having a lot of trouble trying to connect to the camera

The second monitor is always dropping service. Currently they are in the same area because I can't trust the one to stay connected.

Used Waggle for the first-time 4th of July weekend. Specifically purchased it for this camping trip because we were leaving the campground to go rafting on the Mohican River. On the way to the campground and on the first day of camping Waggle was working. The day before we were going to go rafting waggle kept sending notifications that it did not have a network connection. This kept occurring all night. We were not able to monitor the temp in the camper during our rafting event. Chatted with support and they had me check the Verizon coverage area. It indicates that we were in 4G LTE. Should not have been an issue. Needless to say, we paid for a 6-month subscription of the service and were not able to use the service to monitor our temps for our new puppy. We care a lot about our puppy and we constantly worried if she was OK. With this device, there is no backup. If we have our own Wi-Fi service, you cannot connect to it as a backup, so if the service for Verizon is spotty you may be in the same situation and not be able to monitor your camper and have that comfortable feeling of knowing your loved one is safe and sound. Their site says peace of mind and the assurance that you need for you and your pet. Only if you have service. It's not like I could move my camper site and find better coverage, which they suggested I take waggle 2 miles down the road to see if service came back. Very disappointed with this product.

I think it’s a great idea but I think the subscription to it is alittle ridiculous so I returned it.

It doesn’t have cell signal about half the time, even in well populated areas. It goes offline frequently during the day. It went offline once and it took me 24 hours to get it working again, and I missed part of an event because I wouldn’t leave my RV. The temperature is 2-5 degrees different from other thermometers I have in the same area. It’s a lot of money to not feel secure.

Device stopped working in less than a week. Tech support had me reset and then wait 24 hours to test. I was advised they would follow up with me to make sure device was working. No one ever called. It seems to working for the moment. Not impressed so far. update 05/18/25 I eventually did get the device working last summer and I was able to monitor the temperature in my home while at work. I live in a very run down rental and the air conditioner is dated 1989 so I was very concerned about my pets. I am hoping to move soon but it is nice to know that I can restart my subscription for Waggle and check on my pets.

Cannot get verification of our cancellation… hidden return and shipping fees… hidden limit on alert notifications… poor message interface does not allow for real correspondence or applicable answers.
