I’ve had the waggle for about two years. When it works it’s not horrible. Problem is, it freezes CONSTANTLY! It used to happen about once a week or two, now it has to be reset daily. IT IS NOT RELIABLE!!!! We needed something in our Rv to protect our dog. I absolutely have lost all confidence in this device. I’ve contacted customer support numerous times and yet they never fix the problem. All they say is to reset it. We full time Rv and can not rely on this device therefore I cancelled my subscription. We are going to try Marcell or another device. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!

Bought two devices. GPS never worked properly on either device. Customer service took forever and it was multiple emails back and forth to get the subscription and device cost refunded.

The unit never arrived. And when I called them to ask about it, they told me it was not their problem. USPS said it had arrived so I needed to contact them. Guess I should have bought it thru Amazon after all as they would have taken it upon themselves to figure out what happened.

Very inaccurate temperature wise. Very disappointing for something that expensive. Still haven't received my refund even though it's been returned.
