It is a wonderful idea and I am still hopeful it will work in other settings, however, i purchased it as we were taking a 1 month camping excursion in rural West, GA. Since getting it set up, it has had unreliable signal, so I have not been able to leave my dog in the camper as planned. Again, will try it when I get back near a city, but I really thought it would work in more remote areas. I don’t have great cell signal, but I have enough to send texts, make a call and with my cellular booster have a hot spot that runs everything. It seems like the Waggle should keep a signal if my phone can at least keep 1 - 2 bars? But thus far, it goes off line a lot. Also the battery does not last long, so it only stays charged for a day or so. Since is says for RV’s most people use RV’s in remote places.. so I am a bit surprised it does not work here.

Temperature device has bad reliability. Loses connection often which is scary when your pets life may depend on it. he camera is not function friendly. And has too much lag in commands.

Device only worked 50% of the time.

Needs a phone signal to work! Need to add Wi-Fi.

Lower battery life than hoped. Spotty service and syncing. Wouldn’t buy again.

New sensor could not be paired with app. I sent it back as defective but had to pay for return shipping. Still haven’t received a replacement after over 3 weeks. Assuming I get the replacement that will be shipping cost paid x 3.

The signal drops off line continuously and can't trust it to keep my dog safe. If you make it so the signal can be boosted it would be great.

Product to complicated for my wife to use and have to pay for an app to use it! At this point plan to return it.
