Initially had an issue setting up the new unit and after a quick phone call to Customer Service it was resolved. I like the option of being able to save battery usage by turning the new unit off. Received a follow up phone call to make sure I was happy with the unit.

A new unit was shipped overnight when the first one was DOA. I wish there was a little more of a user manual and tips to make the start-up and use more guided.

I would not travel without my Waggle. I've had the pro Waggle for over a year and it has not failed me. I always know the temp, if the power goes out AND, if the RV is moved using the geofence feature. It's great piece of mind to know my RV is cool and comfortable for our dog. We don't leave our RV and dog for very long, but I know i can do it without worry.
