I've had the Waggle monitor for a year and it has never worked correctly. It sends constant stream of text and email alerts that the temp in my RV is 20-30 degrees higher than the actual temp. Waggle tried to "reset" the monitor a few times, but it never works. After a year of paying for subscription and the monitor cost I'm giving up completely. It was a total waste of money.

The product does not work as it should. It does not update the temperature reading in the app every 15 minutes like it says it will. In fact it rarely updates at all and does not respond to the refresh action. Making the product effectively useless. A customer service representative reached out to see how my experience was. I responded with the issues and have never received a response. Ineffective product with horrible customer service. Don’t waste your money.

Temp is never accurate. I put it in the front of my car (set to 66) and even in my home (set to 68) and the temp never showed less than 77 deg F.

I was not aware that it was a subscription service.

cannot trust this device to consistently send accurate information!

failed to work 6 weeks after warranty expired! then took days for tech people to respond after they said they would call back in two hours. Since I live in florida and need the device working I was very disappointed. I had used it for year at my home but was told to take it to different location because the verizon signal was not strong enough at my home. Not true because my phones and NEW waggle i had to purchase worked fine. I rely on this device often , so very disappointed in quality and service.

Battery barely last a day. Then takes too long to charge. I also got camera and I can not get it to work either. I guess I need help. How do I do that???

Unit stopped transmitting on august 11 at 7:46 pm 4 calls into service and still no results
