Website was easy to us and purchase came quickly. I live in WI so I haven’t needed to use it yet but it will be great both for camping in the RV and just trips to town since our pup loves to come along but I worry once it starts to warm up when to quit taking her along.

It is a comfort knowing my pet is safe when I cannot be with it at all times. I like the fact that I can keep close tabs on the temp inside my vehicle.

The agent was polite, clear with instructions and prompt. This is the first time I've had support work so hard to get in touch with me.

Can’t say enough good things about our Waggle experience. Our first unit stopped working after about a week. Waggle was easy to contact and very proactive in reaching out during the troubleshooting process.
