My WaggleReviews of mywaggle.com

Won’t read my wifi when I’m @ work. Always offline!

The first product you sent me didn't work properly, and then would not even come on. I've received the replacement and am not very satisfied with this one either. Constantly send me low battery alerts even when it's fully charged.

The first Waggle I ordered didn't work at all. Had to send it back and wait for another. The second one would not connect to our phones. I didn't have a good experience. I just want to get my money back. I don't think this is a good product.

Unable to connect. The product doesn’t seem as suited for RV use as they would seem to portray.

I have contacted you two times about my dissatisfaction of the Waggle Cam I purchased and have not heard a word back. Pretty sure I won't hear back on this response either, so I will be emailing customer support directly.

Our waggle isn’t working on its first use. The screen doesn’t turn on. You cannot turn the waggle on or off.

I am unable to connect it to my Wi-Fi I have tried several times.

It didn’t work. We live in a major city and the network had connection issues. The device would not update the temperature in the app. Why should I trust this device when we need to monitor the temperature for our dog in more remote areas if it doesn’t work in a major city? We returned it. Oh, by the way, they have a $10 restocking fee to return it. They weren’t going to pay the return shipping either. 0/5 stars if I could.
