Super helpful interaction with customer service. A little hard to understand, but not bad.

I was setting it up and had to pause to try to figure something out and they called to see if they could help. He was so friendly and helpful. Wish i could remember his name.

Products explained well onsite, great comparison info available and the service options were simple to choose from.

Waggle reached out to help me immediately. A+ on customer service even if initial comprehension wasn't the best since they couldn't fathom that someone would want more than one device active, hence paying subscription for both devices so they really wanted to help me remove one at first. However they persisted trying to help and both devices are on subscription and the second device will shortly be active (it does take 24 hours for it take effect), but I'm confident that we are on the same page now thanks to their perseverance!
