Something changed with the Verizon coverage or the way this device works. I have used this in my RV for the last 3 years and where I park it on my property there has never been a problem. About a month ago it stopped recording and customer service could not figure out the problem. They then told me I needed to upgrade it so I purchased the new one and the next day I was going on a trip and it was supposed to be shipped to my destination in Florida and it never arrived. When I returned home it had been delivered there. This new device still does not work where parked on my property but does work if I place it in the car and drive around.

I was supposed to get the product since May 2nd and I am still waiting for it. I had to call 3 times to see what was going on and they told me it will take 3 to 5 business days, so that will be almost 15 days after the promised delivery date.

Battery runs out quick. Reception is extremely spotty. Certainly not dependable

I ordered and paid the extra fee for expedited processing/shipping. Website said 2-3 business days. It arrived 7 business days later. I called and had to leave voicemail, no response. I also emailed, no response. The product was for a trip a week after it was ordered and didn’t arrive in time even with the expedited fee. Due to it not coming for the trip I had to constantly worry and check on the dogs.

Doesn’t update when you tell it to refresh and only updates about every 30 minutes.

Hard time keeping internet connection, speaker connection does not work or is very static, hard finding treats that don’t get stuck.

My wagglecam doesn’t work. I spent numerous phone calls to customer support over three days and they did nothing but walk me through the instructions and it still doesn’t work. Now they offered for me to send it back at my expense for only a partial refund after printing a form. Without a printer, that’s not an option for me. I feel that I’ve been ripped off. Totally unacceptable.

You use a third party for shipping. That 3rd party shipped it to an address that I used for a neighbors friend. I don’t have the waffle because it wasn’t shipped to my house. I entered all my billing and shipping info but it still went to that persons house. I can’t even use your product.
