It has been very reliable on report temperature and humidity. I keep mine plugged into power from the car. The only real negative thing is if left to run on battery it only lasts 2 days

After much research and purchasing Waggle, we used it for only a week before we sadly lost our dog very suddenly. I asked via email for a subscription cancellation and requested a refund if they could, knowing it was not guaranteed. Waggle responded quickly and refunded me for the unused portion of our subscription. They didn’t have to, but they did. I am grateful this interaction was so positive during a time we are all grieving our dog. We will be back to Waggle in the future when we add another pet to our family. Thank you!

1 month in very satisfied. Great product and they called me as I was registering to assist in setup and subscription. I was nervous at first but then realized these folks are actually putting customer service first for change unlike everyone else who doesn’t seem to care anymore. This purchase and support was very refreshing! Keep up the good customer service! We HIGHLY recommend!

Great product! I’ve been wanting something like this for our RV for a long time. It will be great this winter to keep an eye on the potential for frozen when we are away for a week or two!

Very satisfied with my purchase! Shipping was fast, set up was easy and customer service even called a couple days later to make sure we were satisfied and didn't have any questions. So far so good. Looking forward to using it camping/traveling this summer (we are not full-timers).

So far I'm pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer support. They called me 2x to see if I had any questions or concerns. I get temperature correct readings. I haven't used it yet in our camper but plan on it very soon. So far so 👍
